The camera phone invention really impressed me because they managed to get a camera on a phone, so a smaller version of a camera that you can carry around. Many people liked the camera phone because it was very convenient to have it instead of carrying around a camera all day. Another thing is that the resolution on the camera phone was good for on the go and being able to take a picture anywhere. The camera phone has impacted my life because apple create new phones with better camera quality, resolution every year. Now you can text, call, facetime, download apps, and many other things on the new phones. I can now take picture with my phone and share them to my friends on the go and post them on my social media accounts so others can see them.

The event Lewis Hine hired by US National Child Labor Committee to photograph children working mills impressed me because he agreed to do that.

Fiji is one place that I want to visit and take a vacation there because I like how it looks too beautiful with clear blue water, some and not dirty like the beach’s water. Another reason why is because I was to want to leave the US and go explore the world more. One last reason why is because I haven’t gone on a vacation in a while, so it will be a time of relaxation and enjoyment.

Starving Child And Vulture, Kevin Carter, 1993

#3  Starving Child And Vulture, Kevin Carter, 1993: The back story of this photograph is that Kevin Carter found this child that fell on his way to the feeding center. He also spotted a vulture that landed behind the child and eventually scared it way, the reason why he did not help the child is because he was worried about diseases. I selected this photo because I thought why he not went help the child, but now that I read more about it it was because he did not know what was wrong with the child.

  1. National Geographic #800, It is my first favorite because it is about California’s City of Angels and Hollywood. The leading lights and the cars really caught my attention.
  2. Nation Geographic #836. It about the United Air force, the jest and the background with the mountains caught my eye because I like fighter jets.
  3. National Geographic #843, I feel like I would actually read that one because I wonder what is in the ocean floor because not everyone can has gone down there, it very deep.
